The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center is a member of the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies. AEPA is a group of Educational Service Agencies representing 23 states that are organized for the purpose of securing volume multi-state purchasing contracts.

The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center’s participation in this nationwide purchasing group ensures that these contracts meet all current Kansas bid law requirements. By utilizing AEPA contracts, Kansas school districts have the ability to utilize approved contracts and vendors while taking advantage of having the cumbersome bidding process completed.

Purchasing Procedure…as simple as 1, 2, 3

1. Contact the vendor representative from this flyer to request AEPA bid pricing

2. Make your school district Purchase Order out directly to the vendor and then mail or FAX to:

Cinda Holmes
Southeast Kansas Education Service Center
PO Box 189
Girard KS 66743
620.724.6284 (fax)

3. The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center will register your purchase order and forward it to the respective vendor. Your school district and the vendor arrange all deliveries, billing, and payments.
